In San Francisco a new Miss Chinatown USA, Josle Leong of Sacramento, has been chosen to reig^i over Chinese American social functions during the Year of the Dragon. She triumphed over 15 rivals to capture the title, based on beauty, personality and talent. Top panel shows some of the aspirants in action during: the talent phase of the contest.
