Toronto AYPA Install* New Sot of Officers
The Toronto Anglican Young Peoples Association is starting off its fall season with a new set of executive officers.
Elected as co-presidents of the AYPA were George Sasaki and .Sam I to-.. Mary Sasaki was chosen 'as recording senvtary and Lily M'atsuo the corresponding �secretary.
Yuriko ' Ando was' made treasurer, Marina Tanaka and Yvonne Shima social convenors. Jim lrie and Gloria Knratsu.membership. Elected to head sports was May Aoki, welfare Amy Xakamura and Lily Fujino, and as representative to local council, D;i-vid; Kobayashi.

TORONTO; The Ontario Judo Yudansha-Kai has slated, a iiieeting to be held Sunday, Sept. 27 from 1 p.m. at the Kotobuki-Kai's social room, 415 Spadina Ave. the matter of announcing and presenting promotion, of der grees to prospective candidates will be discussed.
The Association applied for,the granting of the promotions to the Kodokan in Tokyo, world .judo headquarters, and the Kodokan has recently approved them. The Kodokan is reported to have granted promotions to 40 judo-ists in eastern Canada. The total number given the elevations across Canada was 76.
