Schools has attained two-thirds of the campaign objective, Morry Wingold, campaign chairman, reported at a rally. A total of $375,-000 is required to cover the cost of the fifteen-room extension now being built, as well as the deficit in tne secular department of the Day School, and $246,000 has been pledged. Jack Daniels, the architect who is voluntarily supervising the building, said that construction is proceeding according to plan, and that it was up to them to help provide the means to complete it. The new extension will contain a gymnasium, science laboratories, facilities for domestic science and manual training.

Her orchid-coloured, peau de soie gown was styled with a fitted bodice; narrow shoulder straps; a bell-shaped skirt; and matching stole. Her tiara was of crystals; and she carried a cascade of white roses and yellow carnations. Misses Sylvia and Anne Kogan, sisters or the groom; Brenda Tweyman, cousin of the bride; and Mrs. H. Cappe were bridesmaids. Each of the sisters wore a pale green sea-foam organza, gown, made with a fitted bodice; narrow straps; and a bell-shaped skirt; with a tiara. Their nosegays were of white roses, and yellow and green carnations. Miss Brenda Tweyman artd Mrs. H. Cappe wore orchid-coloured organza similar to that of the matron of honour; and carried nosegays. Gayle Slomin, niece of the bride, was flower girl, in a pink organdy dress; with a nosegay of pink and white carnations. Walter Kogan, brother of the groom, was Ibest man. The ushers were: Norman Schaffer, Norman Litvack, Edward Lobel, and Isadore Klemensberg. Steven Kates, brother of the bride, was junior usher. The Synagogue was decorated with standards of pink gladioli, white carnations, red roses, and foliage. A dinner and reception followed at the Synagogue. Mrs. Kates, mother of the bride, wore a champagne-coloured, silk linen gown with a lace bodice; V-neckline; and bell-shaped skirt; and had an orchid corsage. Mrs. Kogan, mother of the groom, wore a blue, brocaded silk sheath, with a scooped neckline, and had an orchid corsage. Mrs. Kostovetsky, grandmother of the groom, wore a rosewood-shaded lace gown; with a corsage of red roses and carnations. Mr. and Mrs. Kogan sailed aboard the S. S.'Saxonia, for Europe where they spent their wedding trip. They will take up residence in Montreal, Quebec, on their return. Mrs. Harry Tweyman, grandmother of the bride, wore a rose-coloured, lace gown; and had a corsage of pink and white roses. Here for the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Jack Cinnamon, and son, Gary, of Long Island, New York; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Rochwarger, and Marvin, Irwin, and Arnold, of Brooklyn, N. Y.; Mr. and Mrs. Jack Zucker-man, of Brooklyn; Mr. and Mrs. J. Kostovetsky, grandparents of the groom; Mr. and Mrs. B. Til-ner, Mr. and Mrs. J. Tepper; Mr. and Mrs. I. Dr. Levy resolved to become a research specialist. He served four years as a pathologist at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, then failed to receive the research appointment at Yale on which his heart was set. Disap-pointed, he turned to private practice in New Haven, where, he recalled, "I made an awful lot of money."
From the Nineteen Thirties until his retirement in 1950, Dr. Levy also practiced in New York, says the New York Times. For .eight years thereafter he served with the American Red Cross mobile blood bank unit. Surviving are his widow, Lillian; two daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Jacobs, of Hewlett Harbor, L. I.; and Miss Felicia Baker, of Dobbs Ferry, N. Y.; a brother, Edward, of New Haven; u sister, Mrs. Ida Jacob-son, of Brooklyn; and four grandchildren.
