1 tablespoon lemon juice % cup chopped celery 8 large stuffed olives
EGQWEAT NOODLE JELLY WITH COLO MEATS
1 package : Eggweat Noodles Fine Size 1 cup cold water
1 package lemon gelatine dessert
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 cup boiling water
Assorted cold meats
Cook Eggweat Noodles until tender. Drain and chill. Mix gelatine and curry powder. Add 1 cup boiling water and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved. Add cold water and lemon juice, then Eggweat Noodles, celery, and half of olives cut in small pieces. Place a tablespoonful of the clear gelatine in each cup of a muffin pan which has been rinsed with cold water, or in any other individual mold. In the center of this place a thin slice of olive to be a garnish when the salad is unmolded. Fill molds with Eggweat Noodle mixture and set away to harden. When ready to serve, unmold, place on platter with cold meats, garnish with lettuce if desired and serve with mayonnaise dressing.
