The honoree wore a navy-blue dress, with natural white roses in her hair. The bride-elect's mother, Mrs. Samuel Cohen, wore a black printed dress, and a corsage of roses; and Mrs. Jacob Wiseman wore a light blue printed dress, with a corsage of roses. The table was decorated with lighted candles at each end of the table and a spray of spring flowers for a centrepiece. Fifty-five guests were present.
