PERETZ SCHOOL PTA On Wednesday June 7, both after-nioon and evening, at the home of Mrs. Victor Drache the PTA will hold a Spring Tea. Proceeds of this tea will be used for pslaygrouad equipment, toys, etc. for the school kindergarten.
On Monday, May 29, at the Peretz School hall the PTA will hold a general meeting. Members are reminded to keep this date in mind as it is not a regular meeting date.
The program at the meeting will include the concluding lecture on Jewish history. This series of lectures has evoked a great deal of interest.

FARN will hold a social on Saturday, May 27, at the School hall. The program will include dancing, community singing, and good food. A group of members of the UJPO Drama Workshop will perform a playlet. This promises to be an entertaining event. All members of the Jewish community are cordially invited to attend.

Guest speaker at the Pioneer Women's Council Give or Get Luncheon on Monday, May 29 at 12:30 p.m. at the Community Center will be Arie Ben-Tovim, Israel Consul.
The range and scope of the activities of the Working Women's Council (Moatzat Hapoalot) has grown since immigranlts have been pouring into Israel. Children's homes, creches, kindergartens, clubs and other children's units have been expanded. The Moatzot Hapoalot has assumed additional ne£(pon£^hiUties toward ,the new lolim (immigrrants).
All proceeds of the Give or Get I luncheon go towards helping these ichildren's units. Convenor of the ^luncheon is Mrs. M. Archeck. Mrs. ;R. Liftman will preside.
