I don't know if ten-pin bowling has come to B'nai B'rith or B'nai B'rith has come to ten-pin bowling but one thing is sure, the interest and enthusiasm that this new league has is making Tuesday night at Seymour a regular thing. The league now enjoys eight strong teams, and judging from all the requests to Englisii by the Grade 1 chil- bowl on this league I think it's
dren, followed by a Hebrew poem, "Dreidle" by the Grade 2 children. Monte Glanzberg will recite "Why do we celebrate Chanuka", and Andrea Davis will recite "Nation's Heroes". AH the children will then take part in a short play, "Beginning of the Maccabean Revolt". Parents, friends, and anyone
To oil rhy Jewish J^riends, best wishes for a" Happy Chanulco

safe to say that next season should bring twelve or more teams.
Everyone seems to be having a lot of fun and the usual run of complaints like, "Hey, I think the alley is crooked" or "Are those pins glued down " are cropping up every naw and then. We also have our share of GUTTER BALL GUS's who for some reason feel that the best place for the ball is in the gutter. But most of the league has an excuse, since it's made up of fellows who have never bowled ten pins before.
A lot of the new bowlers are coming along very well and one in particular who can very easily become a threat is Gordon Hoffman. Gordon started the season with a 114 average and has boosted it to a 135. Last Tuesday night he had a 157, a 154 and a 161 for a 492 series.
Speaking of top bowling, I can't go on without mentioning Herb Loomer the star and captain of the FLINTSTONES. Herb came up with a shot in the arm for his team by bowling the high game of the season, a great big 225.
I want to congratulate Maxty Chess who went out aotd bought a brand new ball. I can't help feeling that Ron Toban was a little upset though when he found that it didn't fit him.. Back to the racks, Ron.
