An historic day will unfold itself this coming Sunday as the Vancouver Jewish Community pays tribute on the 18th Anniversary of the State of Israel. Al Vancouver Hebrew and Religious Schools joined by Youth groups will iparticipate in a joint service,' brunch, and parade beginning at Schara Tzedeck Synagogue, 9:15 a.m.
Following the joint service which will be entirely conducted by the youth in the community, a gigantic brunch for some 650 youngsters will be served in the Work auditorium. Those assembled will then form into march-

The Police Department and B.C. Hydro authorities have made arrangements to block traffic during the course of the march. The parade will begin at 18th Avenue and Oak Street and will conclude with an assembly in the"" parking lot of the Vancouver Jewish Community Centre at 41st and Oak.
School and youth groups participating in the parade are Schara Tzedeck, Beth Israel, Vancouver Talmud Torah, Temple Sholom, Peretz School, Habonim, B'nai B'rith Youth Groups, United Synagogue Youth and Young Judaea.
