It seems that esteemed Jewish photographer Leonard Frank's photos are unendingly fascinating . . . the travelling exhibit of his early
photographic records of B.C.'s mining and forestry industries as well as landscapes, cityscapes and personalities who shaped early B.C. last year proved popular both here and at Uhiyersity of Victoria. . . This exhibit will now be on display at Alberni Valley Museum, from Jan. 28 -March 13 . . . From there it heads to the Chilliwack Museum and Historical Society for the month of April.

The tape is a compilation of field recordings made by folklorist Leybl Kahn in 1953, and offers the rare opportunity to hear a "real" Yiddish folksinger in a natural home setting . . . Come Blow Your Horn, a comedy by Neil Simon, will be presented at the Centennial Theatre in North Vancouver by the Act 1 Scene 1 theatre company Jan. 29,30 and 31 at 8 p.m.
Appearing in the role of the father is Arnold Selwyn, well known in the community for his^ acting and singing. The production of Jewish Laughter, a Study of Comedy and Character, m which he played a leading role, is still being shown on Community Channel 4.
Also appearing in the play is Arlyne Fenster, a leading member of the Har El congregation on the North Shore {JWB, Jan. 7). She plays the
role of the typical Jewish mother.
