The basketball league starts Oct. 17 and r^ns on Tuesday ni^ts for 20 weeks, followed by playoffs. There are six teams in the league. It is open t04ndivid-uals of any calibre, with a draft occurring the week before the season begins in order to fill the rosters.
Floor hockey is another JCC-sponsored league. It is set to begin Oct. 5. All teams will play Thursday nighte, with a 20 game

Finally, the Vancouver Jewish Hockey League is set to open its seventh season of operation on Sunday Oct. 1. The puck will drop for six of the seven teams, as they begin their battle for hockey supremiacy.
