Made from the rib end loin of pork, shaped into a crown with the centre filled with our own special dressing and is all ready to be cooked.

Anyone who has eaten our regular sausage rolls knows that these are the best around; these little morsels are a treat not to be missed. Remember to get them early as they go fast,
Mincemeat:
Once again we have made our Original Limited Edition Mincemeat; this has an unbeatable mixture of the finest fruits marinated in Port and Cognac with our own special blend of Christmas spice,

Chi pel at a Cocktail Sausage:
These sausages are always a big hit at Christmas time. Great for a party snack, This year we are making Pigs in a Blanket.
Belfast Hans:
This delightful treat is mildly cured and lightly smoked the traditional way that we started some twenty years ago. Boneless and ready to eat.
Gammon Ham;
One of the best known English hams, Boneless, mildly cured with a delicate taste and not smoked. This is one of our top sandwich hams we produce each week
Irish Hans;
Another tradition that we started to produce over five years ago, Very similar in taste to our Belfast ham, the difference being that this has a bone in it.
These are simply the best, made on the premises with our Original Limited Edition Mincemeat that has been aging for over three months.
Traditional English Fork Pies;
Melton Mowbray pork pies made from an original recipe. We will be makinc two sizes again this Christmas; these tasty morsels are made by hand. Pick up early or make sure your order is in as they go fast. An addition to the lis this year is the Liverpool Pie & the Manchester Pie made from 100 year ok recipes.

Sausage;
Producing over thirty types of fresh sausage, the spices for our Cumberland, Lincolnshire, Chipolata, Sliced [Scottish-Lorne], Pork & Leek, English Breakfast, Fruit Pudding, just to name a few are imported from England as we have been doing for over ten years.
Bacon;
Made the traditional way without adding the water. Our short back bacon includes Ayrshire, Wiltshire, Lancashire, Irish, and Gammon. Others in our vast list; Lincolnshire middle back, Wiltshire Hot smoked, Gammon Streaky, Smithfield double smoked, Upminster Single smoked, European bacon, and Maple bacon, We also produce Gammon Ham Steaks.
Black and White Podding:
It is very possible that we are the only ones left producing these tasty treats in house. Made the traditional way back in England forty years ago. No full English/Scottish/Irish breakfast is complete without these.
Haggis:
Made the traditional way with a recipe from Glasgow University. We have been told that this is possibly the best around. We produce this tasty morsel all year round, producing around 1000 lbs each Christmas and over 8000 lbs for Robbie Burns suppers, We also do sliced haggis and as a sausage for deep frying.
Pies:
Dare to compare; there are non better than these tasty morsels as this is what we have been told, family as well as individual Steak, Steak & Cheese, Steak & Mushrooms, Steak & Kidney, Steak & Guinness, London Pub, Chicken, Chicken & Mushroom, Chicken Curry, Cornish Pasties, Irish Pasties, Cheese & Onion Pasties, Sausage Rolls [pork as well as chicken], Tourtiere [French Canadian Pie]
Christmas Sausage:
These tasty Cranberry & Urange have been blended as a holiday treat. Made out of pork with a special blend of spices and that special essence.
Christmas Cake & Christmas Puddings:
Always a big hit from Pender Island Bakery Marguerite Patten's traditional English Christmas Cake Plain (Marzipan on top with dried fruit decoration) 1 lb, 2 lb, 3 lb, Fully Decorated 7* x T, and Delia Smiths Christmas Pudding 5" diameter,
Rati Sans Pare!I, or "Roast without equal"';
Some people know this as a three [or four] bird roast, or Turkey Royal. A turkey completely boned [except for the wing tips] from the inside stuffed with a fully boned duck and chicken with layers of our own sausage meat stuffing. Each bird comes with full cooking instructions,
Beef Wellington:
Made from the choice cut of the beef tenderloin. Completely covered with our own Pate la treat by itself], sliced mushrooms and caramelised onions^ spices and Cognac then wrapped in puff pastry.
