She wore white peau de soie, fashioned with a V-neckline, appliqued with heavv lace; pointed sleevea; and a \ox\(* bouffant skirt, embroidered with large petals, which had a chapel train. Her fingertip veil of silk illusion was held by a jewelled tiara; and she carried a prayer bouk with an orchid, roses, ' and streamers, all white. Mrs. Mel-vin Manis, of Montreal, sister of the bride, was matron of honour. She wore a mauve, beaded brocade gown, made with a trumpet-shaped, chiffon, skirt, draped in harem effect. She had a headniece; and carried white roses. Miss Carole -LiDtoii. cousin of.thabride, as maid, of honour, wore a royal-blue gown, made with a full skirt and a bustle "back. She had a feather heacP piece; and carried pink and white roses. The best man was Michael Rosen. The ushers were: Melvin Manis, Gerald Landau, and J. Shuster; all of Montreal, Que.; Robert Bodnoff, Isadore Landau, and Robert Landau; all of Ottawa, Ont.; Murray Birnbaum, of Wind--sor, Ont.; Marvin Goldstein, Gerald Maridel, Laurie Snow, B. Feinstein, and J. Peckman. The junior ushers were: Edward Manis, aged nine years; and Murray Manis, six; nephews of the bride, of Montreal, Quebec. The Synagogue was decorated with large arrangements of white and pink-mauve chrysanthemums. Sprays of pink and white chrysanthemums, roses, and white streamers adorned the aisle.
