In the letter which he sent to L L Benjamin, chairman of the United Jewish Appeal Committee, the non-Jewish contributor ssid:

� Victory Club, affiliate of the North End Victory Youth Committee, presented at Strathcona Hall, Guy Caron, guest speaker, whose address was "French Canada's Role In The War". Miss Shlrdey Bexcovitch reported on the Quebec Committee for Allied Victory, stating that the Victory Youth Committee had officially affiliated itself with this body, and that a representative youth council would be set up to sit on the Quebec Committee for Allied Victory. Miss Esther Spivack was in the chair. Over seventy-five people were present.
