YOUNG JUDAEA—On Sunday, Feb. 18, Ycmng Judaea will be participating in a J.N.F. Blue Box drive. The Judaeahs will meet at the immunity centre at 10 a.m. Following the drive a lunch will I be served at the Centre.

Mrs. Leah Caplan, of 3025 Alberta street, passed away on Friday, Feb. 9, at the age of 76. Bom in Russia j Mrs. Caplan came to Canada in 1909, settling in Calgary.
She had resided in Vancouver for the past 16 years where she was a member of the Gplden Age club.
Mrs. Caplan was predeceased by her husband, Joseph; a daughter, Mrs. Lilly Dworkin; and a son, Bernard,/She is survived by a scMi, David, of Vancouver; a daughter,, Mrs. D. Cramer, of Lethbridge; and four sisters, Mrs. Lillian Malkoff, of Cleveland, \ Ohio, Mrs. Ruth Epstein, and Mrs. j Fanny Simon of Los Angeles, and 1 Mrs. J. Morris of Calgary; and! two grandchildren^ /
Funeral se^ces were hefd on Siinday, Feb; 11, at Schara Tii^ deck chapel with Rabbi Wilfred Solomon and Cantor Murray Nixon officiating. Interment was in Schara Tzedeck cemetery. Chevra Kadisha were in charge of arrangements.
Ywng Adults sponsor events
. On Sunday, Feb. 18, La Troupe. Grotesque will present a satiri- i cal comedy review of current events at 8:30 p.m. in room 100 at the Centre. The Troupe consists of Paul K. Willis and Michael Boncouer, currently starring here locally. Both have been feature actors in many local TV and theatre productions. J.C.C. Young Adults are sponsors of the event which is open to the community. ^
To commemorate Brotherhood Week, on Saturday, Feb. 24, Young Adults are sponsoring a Folk Dance Party, 8:30 p.m. in| the auditorium. Ethnic dance i groups from throughout the city will perform as well as teach the audience simple steps to involve them in participation in the dancing.
