Smith, a black, silk, sheath dress; Mrs. Salem, a green silk, sheath, dress; and Mrs. Burke, a green, and gold-colored, knitted suit. Mrs. Weinstein, mother of the bride-elect, was dressed in a blue, peau-de-soie, sheath, dress; fashioned with a scooped neckline, and beaded top. Mrs. Hoffman, mother of the groom-to-be, wore a blue, brocaded, sheath dress, with long sleeves. Mrs. D. Klieman, 389 Shaw Street, grandmother of the groom-to-be, wore a blue, print, sheath dress. Miss Janet Weinstein, the bride-elect, was attired in a pink, peau-de-soie, cocktail dress; fashioned with an Empire bodice; and scooped neckline; and a sheath skirt. Each had a corsage of red roses. The bride's table was adorned with a centrepiece of pink, and white, carnations, chrysanthemums, and pompoms, combined with white candles.

He is the brother of Mikkl, a sister, aged fifteen: Daniel, seven years; grandson of Mrs. Lillian Bauer, 88 Arlstan Drive. Kiddush was observed, and a luncheon followed at the synagogue. Mrs. Shay was in a beige, silk, sheath dress, fashioned with a jacket, and a green, and yellow, chiffon scarf; with a matching, straw hat; and her flowers were a wristlet of yollow roses. Mrs. Hauer, grandmother, wore a blue, wool, sheath salt; and had a corsage of white, and blue, tinted roses. Mikki, wore a pink mohair suit; with a wristlet of pink roses. Those seated at the head table with the above were: Mrs. Anna Stone, of Chicago. Ill,, great-aunt of the bar-mitzvah boy; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Goldstein, of Montreal, Quebec-cousins; and Mr. and Mrs. Irving Haber, 112 Parliament Street, godparents. Mr. Haber, godfather, asked the blessing over the challah. The table centrepiece, composed of -white, and yellow, roses, chrysanthemums, and carnations, was set on a gold-coloured table cloth. Others from out of town were: Mr. and Mrs. O. Goldstein, and Mrs. Mischa Fralkow, all of Montreal; Mrs. A. Krakov-sky, of Wallaceburg, Ont., cousins.
