Tommy and Rose Wong of Toronto who are holidaying in Vancouver. Tommy is co-owner with his brother Robert of the Central Flying School in Toronto, the only Chinese operated air taxi and flying instructions in Canada. The firm boasts of 20 modern Cessna, two to five seaters on its fleet. Tommy is a former Vancouverite. Also at the party to greet the visitors were Dr. and Mrs. Liang- Ying Chou, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Wong, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Wong, Mr. and Mrs. John Wong and Mr. and Mrs. Mah F. Sing.
Travelogue: This is the season for trips both short and long. From Oakland California came charming Sally Chew and children Arlene and Douglas. Mr. and Mrs. Chong: Joe of CPA hosted a buffet dinner for a group of Hawaiian visitors who are on a tour of the Continent. The group included the Shipp Sisters, Alvin and Norman Isaacs, Bill Crawford and George Delaux . . . Dueck Chev and Oldsmobile bookkeeper Dorothy Wood is returning to Edmonton for a two weeks vacation with her brother-in-law Doug and Mary Mah.
