cup chopped pecans or walnuts cup sugar
Place tofu and oil in food pro cess or or blender and pro eelss until smooth. Add sugar, cocoa, vanilla and liquid and mix well.
Sift together flour, soda and saに Add to tofu mixture (dough will be fairly stiff), then mix .in nuts.
Roll into balls, then toss balls in sugar until wぉl coated. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for12 to15 minutes at 350 degrees.

To prepare crust, combine the flour, sugar and lemon peeにCut in butter till crumbly. Stir In slightly beaten egg yolk and teaspoon of vamilla.
Pat part of the dough onto the bot-t.om of an 8 or 9*inch springform pさn with side- removed.. Bake in a'400 degree ovetifor 7 minutes:
Butter the sides of the pan, attach to bottom. Pat remaining dough onto sides pゅto aheigW of頂inches. Set aside.
