FROM JAPAN
WHEREAS there are still -a large number of Japan-ese Canadian strandees in Japan who need the assistance of the National JCCA in returning to Canada);
AND WHEREAS the National JCCA has been giving its utmost aid to these strandees to return to Canada;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this policy of assistance be continued.
2�-FAIR EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES ACT, BILL OF RIGHTS, IMMIGRATION POLICY:
WHEREAS considerable public interest and attention has been created in various legislative means by which truer equality of status may be assured to all Canadian citizens regardless of racial origin, 'thus; strengthening' the quality and meaning of Democratic Canadian citizenship; -.
THEREFORE; BE IT: RESOLVED that this Third' 2<0� National Conference of the National JCGA express itself as being solidly in favour in principle of the following
legislative enactments:
