one-half cup butter
Put cheese through a sieve if it is lumpy; and into it blend all the other ingredients, with a pinch of salt; and about a tablespoon of sugar. Line a mold with thick cheese-cloth; and into it pack the cheese mixture. Put a heavy cover over it, so that cheese mixture is pressed down, and let it set overnight in refrigerator. Unmold on a serving dish, and serve cut-up fresh fruit, and plain or whipped cream, with it. This serves eight.
