Montreal Chapter will close its building fund campaign with a dinner dance on Saturday, December 17, at Temple Emanu-El. Jacob R. Sensibar, of Chicago, 111., president of the American Technion Society, the guest speaker, was in charge of the draining of 40,000 acres of Huleh marshlands, and restoring them to farming productivity, in the northern part of Israel. He is advising Israel on a large-scale plan to increase the production of minerals and chemicals from the Dead Sea by as much as 1000%.
