eighteen graham wafers one-quarter cup melted butter
one tin crushed-pineapple three tablespoons sugar
one-quarterteaspoon cinnamon two egg yolks one-quarter cup lemon Juice two egg whites
one tin sweet condensed milk , <
Mix together tho crushed graham wafers, melted butter, cinnamon, and ftugar. Lightly grease a medium-sized pyrex baking dish, and line with the graham wafer mixture. Press firmly. Pour the well-drained, crushed pineapple over the wafers. In a, bowl, blend together the sweet condensed milk, lemon juice, and the egg yolks. Beat until the mixture thickens. In a separate bowl beat the two egg whites until they are stiff, and lightly fold into the condensed milk mixture. Pour the entire mixture over the crushed pineapple, and set in the refrigerator for five or six hours. Slice into squares, and if desired, top with chopped walnuts or whipped

two cups flour
grated rind of one orange or
one-half teaspoon aliriond
tarter
one-half teaspoon salt
one cup sugar
one cup apple Juice
two eggs
one cup poppy seed

two teaspoons baking powder
Soak poppy seed in apple juice for one hour. For batter: Cream oil and sugar together. Add beaten egg yolks, then flour, salt, and baking powder which have been sifted together twice. Add poppy seed mixture. Add rind of .orange or almond tarter. Beat egg whites stiff and blend in lightly. Pour batter into a slightly greased, eight-by-ten-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for three-quarters to one hour. When cake is slightly cooled sprinkle the top with icing sugar.
