Mr. and Mrs. Bernard L. Cohen, 120 Dufferin Road, wove in Kingston, Ontario, for the graduation and commencement exorcises at the Royal Military College, on May 27, when their son, Cadet Wing Commander Richard Cohen, was graduated, and awarded the Sword of Honour by the Honourable Paul T. Hellyer, 'Minister of Nati6nal Defence of Canada, the president and chancellor of the College, as a 'mark of having obtained the highest standards of proficiency, in academic, military, and sports aspects of his training. The Honourable Gershon Avnor, Ambassador of Israel to Canada, and Madame Avner, wore invited guests at the commencement. Lieutenant Richard Cohen, with the Canadian Princess Patricia .Regiment, holds an Athlone Scholarship, and will leave in September to study at the Imperial College of the University of London, in London, England. Mrs. Sarah Miller, 4845 St. Catherine Road, the widow of Charles Miller, died on Sunday, April 10, at the Jewish General Hospital. She is survived by a son, Samuel Miller, 4845 St. Catherine Road; a daughter. Mrs. Ben Spiegelman (Ida), 4530 Cote des Neiges Road; a grandchild, David Spiegelman; and two great-grandchildren: X'aryn, and Lorne Spiegelman. Funeral services took place from Paperman's.
