Mix eggs and sugar well. Add oil, vanilla, and chopped almonds. Mix in sifted flour, baking powder, and salt. Form in soft, rolls, and place on greased cookie sheet Bake at 350 degrees for twenty-five or thirty minutes. Cut in -slanted slices. Sprinkle with cinammon and sugar, and dry in warm oven until golden brown, , �

one-half pound butter or one and three-quarters cups
margarine flour
two cups crushed cornflakes one cup brown sugar one-half teaspoon baking soda
Cream butter or margarine and combine well with other ingredients. Press mixture into an eight-by-eleven-inch baking
pan.

one pound cottage cheese one-quarter cup walnuts
one cup sugar one-half teaspoon salt
two egra lour teaspoons flour
juice of one lemon one teaspoon vanilla
one-hali cup orange juice
Cream cottage cheese with eggs. Add sugar, salt, vanilla, lemon juice, and orange juice, and blend well. Add flour. Spread cheese mixture over cornflake base and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for forty minutes or until lightly browned When cool cut in squares.
