The bar-mitzvah of Abraham Lewis Seigler, son of Mr. and Mrs. Isidore Seigler, 299 NorthclirTe Avenue, took place Saturday, May 8, at Shaar Hasho-mayim Synagogue, Rev. Dr. H. Abramo-witz officiating. Mr. and Mrs. Seigler were at home in honour of the bar-mitzvah Sunday afternoon and evening, May 9. Mrs. Seigler who received the guests in a beige georgette gown with shoes and stockings of the same colour, was assisted by Mesdames Samuel Hart and Morris Ryan, in black gowns. Mesdames Heli Hart cut the ices; Sam Isaacs was in charge of the punch bowl, and Henry Kaufman, Leon Fischel, Misses Leah Jacobs, Evelyn Shapiro, Zelda Weiner and Doris Seigler assisted.
