A $150,000 apartment building on Prudhomme Avenue, above Sherbrooke, was completed some months ago. It is particularly fine in that all bath-room con-viences were well designed by Crane, Limited, of Beaver Hall Square.

B. Kaplan, contractor, of 175 Esplanade Avenue, is building a three-storey, �solid brick apartment house on Durocher Street, near Van Home, Outremont, which will cost about $40,000.

D. Abel, 877 Davaar Avenue, is building flats on Davaar Avenue, in Outremont, estimated at $18,000. Among others who have arso been extensively interested in building heated flats in the north end, are E. Kahan, of Hutchison Street. The executors of the estate of S. Arnovitz have been interesting themselves for some time in residential flats and apartments in all parts of greater Montreal,
