The hostess wore a beige, silk suit. Patricia wore a blue, peau tie soie dress, made with a bouffant skirt; and had a wristlet of white carnations. The table was beautified with a pink, and white heart-shaped, birthday cake. The next evening Mr. and Mrs. Nevitt gave a dinner and cocktail party at home. Mrs. Nevitt wore a green and white, silk, printed sheath. Patricia wore a powder-blue sheath; with a corsage of white roses. Mrs. Fay Goodman Silverstein, of Montreal, the widow of Max Silverstein, of Ottawa, Ont, died on Saturday, May 25. She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Tillie Goodman. 205 Alexis Nihori Boulevard; a brother, Alfred Goodman, of their address; two sisters: Mrs. B. Small (Minnie), 860 Stuart Avenue: and Mrs. S.
