The REVIEW gladly publishes news of all readers, organizations, societies, movements, communal undertakings and institutions, so long as the material is of interest and submitted in proper form.
Organizations which want telling publicity should appoint conscientious, capable secretaries or news contributors. An article easily legible which contains names and facts and gives plenty of white space for corrections and instructions to the compositor gets more interested attention and better display than an article thrown together which must be ferreted out by the editor and pored over by the printer. The careless secretary with a peculiar handwriting who rushes into the REVIEW offices at the last minute bearing an article covering both sides of the paper is a liability to the work of an organization which depends on publicity.
The REVIEW printi the essentials of the news free. Such trimmings as are of interest are published if there is space. No organization news or notices are omitted except by mistake, rarely, or lack of room in which caae the material is found in the next week's issue. Names, when correct and legible, are never omitted, but an article without names may be. If your organization news U omitted, find out how much your news contributor cares about getting it before members and the public! Your news contributor may have some for leaving out a name. The REVIEW wants the of committees, conveners, children on the pro-couples at the party, guests at the wedding, of the lodge, every last one of them!
