Eugene Klein, of Philadelphia, and Herman Toaspem, of New York, showed their Heligoland collections in competition in the International Philatelic Exhibition at Monte Carlo, Monaco. The first award of a silver medal was awarded to Mr. Klein, and a silver medal to Mr. Toaspern. A study of the cancellations on the first two stamp issues of Hungary, shown by"Mr. Klein, also received a silver medal; v ThU collection was shown at the meeting of the National Philatelic Society at Budapest last July and created an unusual degree of interest among the leading collectors of Hungary.
