Rosenatem and Joseph Freed man were hostesses to the camp, at a party on Saturday evening, July 28. Mrs. Harry Gross, the directress, treated the camp to ice cream and cake Sunday, August 5, in honour of the second birthday of her son, Arthur Joseph. Zionist Orderof Habonim ie organizing lodges throughout Canada. S. G. Ben-don, Supreme Captain of the Order left to organize Habonim lodges in Halifax, St. John and Sydney. In Montreal there are five lodges. New lodges are being organized in Western Canada. Habonim convention will be held at Ste. Margaret's, at Chateau Quince, August 24, 25 and 26.

The marriage of Miss Nancy Jeffay, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard JefTay, of Brighton, England, to David L. Shalinsky, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Shalinsky, was solemnized August 2, in the chapel of the Shaar Hashomayim Synagogue, Rabbi Abramovrtz officiating. The bride, who was riven in marriage by her brother, Phil jeffay, oi New York, wore a robe de style of bridal satin and tulle, her veil of tulle arranged over the head in scalloped effect, with orange blossoms oa either side. She carried pate pink Ophelia roses and a shower of lrnes-of-the-vaUey. The bride was attended by Mrs. A. Salomons, matron of honour, wearing a grey flowered chiffon gown and large black hat, and carrying a bouquet of mauve and pink sweet peas. A. Salomons was best man. Mrs. Phil Jeffay, sister-in-law of the bride, wore a black Chan til ly lace gown and large black hat, with corsage of mauve and pink sweet peasT Efeie Salomons, in a white and pink flowered organdy dress, was train-bearer. Mrs. J. Shalinsky, mother of the groom, wore a Mack georgette and lace gown, beige hat and shoulder corsage of mauve and pink sweet peas.
