* FORMER NAZI it CAMP INMATES
Survivors of Nazism will join on May 24, at 10 a.m., at Canadian Legion Hall, on the nineteenth anniversary of their liberation, to pay homage to Canadians who died for their liberty, as well as to the millions of victims of Nazi oppression, and to express their gratitude to the Canadian Armed Forces who participated in the fight for freedom. Over 2,000 survivors of Nazi oppression, including former inmates of practically every Nazi concentration camp and ghetto will participate. After a special religious service in which War Veterans will participate, there will be a march to the Cenotaph where a wreath will be laid, and a silver plaque presented to Commodore Marcel J.A.T. Jette, CD., RCN., Senior Naval Officer, on behalf of the survivors expressing gratitude to the Armed Forces. The march will be led by five men, and women, dressed in Concentration Camp garb, five being symbolic of the method of assembly used by the Nazis for counting prisoners in concentration camps. The Association of Former Concentration Camp Inmates is non-political. Its objectives are principally to: preserve the memory of the millions of victims of the Nazi terror; awaken public opinion in view of the rising Neo-Nazi movements in the World today; promote understanding of the dangers of Nazism, and racial and religious prejudice to the democratic way of life here. For further information, call: Paul Goldstein. 728-6540; or L. Zablow, HU. 8-3027; or address: P.O. Box No. 366, Station Snowdon, Montreal.

Last year, 27 young people were served in the work adjustment centre. Services were concluded for 15; 11 were successfully placed in industry; four proved too handicapped to adjust.
