Levinthal, Rabbi of the Brooklyn Jewish Center, on Wednesday, March 7. School Purim collection, on Sunday, March 4, at 10 ajiw will go to the Save The Children Fund. Mrs. Ben. Robinson, president of the National Council of Jewish Women, spoke to the pupils on this project which is non-sectarian. Purim baskets are being sent out in the name of the pupils to needy families.
� Esther Master will be heard in a piano recital on Monday, February 26 at Victoria Hall, playing music by Bach, Beethoven, Liszt, Brahms, Shostakovitch. Miss Master is a pupil of Rose Goldblatt, A.R.C.M., and in 1942 was awarded the scholarship of the Ladies Morning Musical Club.
� Y. M. H. A. will conduct an evening of music and entertainment on Sunday, February 25, for the Club Council's war services fund. On the program will be the Zimroh Choir, of thirty male voices; Isaac Swerdlow, Yiddish actor; and William Aronson, baritone. ~
