Navy, and will take up a graduate fellowship in economics and political science at Harvard University. Before enlisting he received a Master's degree from McGill University.
LAC David Kaplansky, stationed at New Waterford, N.S.. and his fiancee, Miss Jeannette Starkman, of Toronto, Ont, who visited the former's parents, Mr. and Mrs G. Kaplansky, 4389 City Hall Avenue, for the High Holidays, will be married on October 7.

Bdr. Emanuel Albert, son of Mr. arid Mrs. Charles Albert, 846 Wiseman Avenue, returned after five and one-half years' service overseas. His wife, the former Miss Margaret Jacobson, of London, England, and son, Barry, will arrive shortly.
