Dr. Solomon Joffe, son of Mrs. R. Joffe, 6070 Park Avenue, Montreal, graduated in dentistry at Mc-Gill University this spring. He received a B.Sc. degree at Sir George Williams College, and an M.A. degree at Queen's University, in Kingston, Ont., prior to entering McGill University.
Dr. David R. Bohnen, who was recently made a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, returned to Toronto from the annual Gallic Club Convention, where he was a guest of the Mayo Clinic, in Rochester, Minnesota.

Estelle and Devrah Pinsky, other twin nieces of the groom, daughters of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Pinsky, 1620 Van Home Avenue, were flower girls. They wore similar long dresses of blue taffeta, with matching hair-ribbons, and they carried miniature nosegays. Gabriel Pinsky was best man, and the ushers were: David Kirshen-blatt, Hy. THOUSANDS TO GO TO U.S. CENTER CAMPS
More than 46,000 children will attend the 201 American summer country and day camps sponsored by* the regional Sections of the National Jewish Welfare Board (JWB) or by its affiliated Jewish Community Centers and YM-YWHAs during the 1948 camping season beginning July 1. Six country camps will accommodate 2,700 children, many of whom will come from small communities in which contact with Jewish community life is limited because of the sice. Thirty country camps operated by JWB-affiliated Jewish community centers will take care of another 14,000 youngsters. These camps, in addition to the usual camp activities, offer many of the elements of Jewish cultural and religious tradition, music, dancing, and folklore,
Jewish Centers are sponsoring 165 summer day camps in 115 dif* ferent communities for 80,000 youngsters unable to leave their home city. Programs will parallel those off ered in the country.

Mrs. Pinsky, mother of the groom* wave-a royal-bine lace gown, with a matching hat and gloves, and a corsage of red roses. The bride and groom left on a motor trip to Niagara Falls, New York, and Atlantic City, NJ., the bride travelling in an old-rose-shaded gabardine suit, with a navy-blue shortie coat, and navy-bine calf shoes and bag, white blouse, and white gloves. They are living at 4902 Hutchison Street. Mrs. R. Kalnitsky, of Quebec City, was a wedding guest from out-of-town.

Training programs serving over 70 camps in 25 different communities will meet the increasing need for improved leadership in Jewish camps, dealing with camp skills, administration, methods of training counsellors in modern camp programs and ^ft^idMrg of children. Youngsters attending camps will participate in collections of canned food and other supplies for Europe's Jewish children, in cooperation with the SOS (Supplies for Overseas Survivors) Collection of the Joint Distribution Committee.
