Mrs. Peikes wore a brown crepe dress, with high jewel neckline, three-quarter-length sleeves, and straight skirt. with low neckline, long sleeves, and full skirt, with ribbon trimming. The honouree wore a brown taffeta dress, with low neckline, full skirt, and matching bolero jacket, fashioned with three-quarter-length sleeves, ana corsage of yellow roses. Mesdames B. Stone, 613 Rush-ton Road, were entertained at a dinner by their family in honour of their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary, at the home of the latter's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. S. Weinstein, 129 Grace Street. Mrs. Stone wore the wedding gown of her daughter, Mrs. Murray Tobias, now of Los Angeles, Calif., made of white satin, with long sleeves, and round neckline, trimmed with seed pearl beads, a silver crown in her hair, and a corsage of red roses tinted with silver. The cake was in the shape of a horseshoe trimmed with red and yellow roses. The table was decorated with lighted white tapers at each end and a centrepiece of mixed fall flowers. Those present were: Mr. and Mrs. S. Banner, Mr. and Mrs. B. Heisel, Mrs. M. Heller, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Stone, Mr. and Mrs. I. Stone, Cantor and Mrs. S. Weinstein, Mac Banner, Mr. and Mrs. I.
