Mr. and Mrs. Meyer Rubinoff, Havelock Street, entertained forty guests at a family party in honour of their son, Arnold Sidney, who went to Ottawa, where he is a statistician with the Dominion Bureau of Statistics. Mr. Rubinoff is a graduate of the University of Toronto, having obtained his bach* elor of commerce and master of arts degrees in economics.
