STRAND THEATRE
Victor McLaglen, who shares starring honors with Freddie Bartholomew in "Professional Soldier," which comes Monday to the Strand Theatre, plays the role of a blustering soldier of fortune who fights for the price it pays—until his little friend, a iDoy king, gets him into his fiercest battle for the sake of friendship.
to Jewry the world over. It is in the interest of the larger relief aims of the present mission as well as every other relief enterprise undertaken on behalf of the Jewish victims of Nazism; that this particular Nazi scheme should be sharply differentiated from the problem of general relief and expunged from every relief programme.
It must be renounced with even greater force than was the transfer scheme for breaking the anti-Nazi boycott. For anyone who advances the idea of a Jewish exodus from Germany is knowingly or unknowingly adopting the Nazi point of view and is advancing the cause of the worst feature of Hitlerism. He is at the same time working to bring about one of the greatest Jewish debacles of recent vears.
