Is the Zionist Organization an instrument for world Jewry to realize the historic aims of Zionism . . . or has it become a 'tool' in the hands of Israel dedicated to extracting the largest amount of doUairs from overseas Jews? Can we retire Zionism to the museum case , , .or will it again capture our imagination and forge an honorable, two-way bridge with Israel? GDAIJEA ZAKIFF, executive director of the Zionist Organization of Canada, presents the Israeli view. JACQUES TORCZYNER, mooted as the next president of the Zionist Organization of America, presents the American position.

The Editor's View
(Continued from Page 2)
The most popular B'noi B'rith activity today is the Curling Ciub whose members include men who haven't been to a lodge meeting In years.
* ■* «
What's the answer? The first thing is for every B'nal B'rith leader who Is reading this column to fight down his own subjective and petty personal motivations that may lead him to scream for the editor's blood. The two-by-four Bulletin office With the southern exposure is no ivory tower and the editor is a-fellow Ben B'rith, the pMbliclty chairman for Vancouver Lodge, and a member of the program committee. We-Ore writing very sharply this time because praise tempered by faint criticism hasn't worked in the past.
The answer is for all B'noi B'rith leaders t^ come out of their smoke^fiiled rooms anc secret sanctuaries and get together to work out a program that will bring the lodge back to the members and the members back to the lodge. In the present situation we must do something to keep our old members before we can think of a campaign for new members.
We hope that the entire executive, many post presidents/as well as many members who wiir at least want to see how our criticism Is token, will befit the next meeting. Next Tuesday's meeting Is the all-important nomination night for next year's executive. We hope that Vancouver Lodge will be able to find an experienced and popular man to take the helm of the lodge next year together with a much more cpnscientious executive group.
