MICHAEL S. COM AY, Ambassador of I s r a e I to Canada, broadcast the following message for the Jewish New Year from Ot-tawo on September 6:
AS we solemnly take stock of our position this New Year, there is much for which to feel thankful. The year 5716 has ^been a peaceful one for the Jewish community, of this great Dominion of Canada, and they have shared in the remarkable progress and growing influence of your country. In Israel too, all the years of toil and sweat are bearing visible fruit. Barren areas are suddenly lush with crops, and there is more for the. people to eat. New products are,
