BUILDING
In this space for the next few issues we are going to try to predict for you the \yays in which one aspect of the new Centre program can be of service to you and your family. This week we are concentrating on the swimming pool.
FOR CH«J1.DREN
The proposed swimming pool program set? aside instruction periods for children from si:j|: to twelve, Monday through Thursday .after school. Children will also have individual free swims and instruction periods on Sunday afternoon.
The main interest in the child area is to teach and to this end the after school program is being established as "swim schools.^' Free swims will be allowed with each period.
FOR TEENAGERS
Teens have the use of the pool in the early evening ^very day ; of the week| The teen swim program will include a cpmpelilive Bvrim club, a water bSjIlet grbup,, life saving classes, splash jparties and free swims. Some of |Jie teen swimmers who. show special aptitude will be allowed to join the SCUBA group.
FOR FAMILIES
Sunday morning is set aside for a family swim. Parents and their children under the age of 13 have the exclusive use of the pool from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The staff will be pleased to assist you in the instruction of your children.
LADIES
The ladies program in the pool is set for week-day mornings and in special "ladies day out" afternoon. Two evenings of the week are also set aside for ladies swim and adult mixed s\yim periods. The ladies program will consist of instruction in basic strokes, life saving training, diving classes and swimnastics as Avell as plenty of time for free swims.
MEN
The men's program takes place at noon hours, week day afternoons and evenings as well as on Sunday. Individual instruction is available in basic strokes and life saving. Water polo, divine and SCUBA will be featured activities.
Further program will be added to this basic poor schedule, but in the pool as elsewhere in the building "There's something for everyone in your family at the Centre."

The Jewish Community Centre is almbsjl finished. Payment schedules have been based on a steady flow of cash from pledges. Most contributors iiave been keeping their pledges up-to-date, but some have let their accounts fall behind. Remember that the Community must pay increased bank interest payments for every pledge that falls behind.

time by mailing your cheque directly to the Community Cen^tre at 2675 Oak Street. For your payments to be up-to-dote you should have paid 60% of your pledge. Your actual payment record can be checked easily by phoning the Centre qt RE 3-1168. The third year of pledge payments ends July 31st and bijiings for the founth year will be in the marls in jeorly August.
Cymasiam
A lar^e, airy, well-equipped gymnasium will be one of the facilities of the Physical Education Program. The gymnasium has been designed for maximum program use to include such activities, as basketball, V o 11 eyball, calisthenics, badminton, etc.
