New ballet studio opens near Oakridge
Margaret Perry this week opened a Ballet Studio at the Vancouver Peretz school auditorium, 6184 Ash St., opposite Oakridge Shopping Centre.
Children from three years of age and onwards are being enrolled at the Ballet School v/hich is conducted by Margaret Perry, A.I.S.T.D. (S.B.), a member of the Royal Academy of Dancing.

Jewish Book Club for Vancouver
The President of the Zionist Organization of British Columbia, Dr. J. ^ecter, has announced that a Zionist Book Club will be introduced immediately, and will afford Jewish residents of British Columbia the opportunity of acquiring recent books of Jewish interest and content.
For a modest subscription fee of $10.00 all subscribers will receive five books during the course of the year.
It is estimated that the value of books which subscribers will receive for their $10.00 will be in the neighborhood of $30 \o $40.
