The School Board is advising taxpayers to consider the value and the cost of the new college. The largest share of the costs will be met by provincial and federal grants and by student fees. The cost to the local taxpayers is estimated at one-half mill, per year on the assessed value for school purposes. This will be about $2.50 a year to the average taxpayer.

If voters pass the plebiscite next Wednesday, the School Board will start the college in King Edward and its annex. The Board expects that it may take a little time to get the ful' college established. But they feel a start must be made now to provide young people and adults with this new type of education.
The School Board has urged all voters to look for the special ballot on the "Establishment of a School District College."

NEW YORK — Only 14 persons are believed to have survived the brutal Nazi massacre of thousands of Jews at the Oto-schno concentration camp in Wreschen county, near Posen, Poland, in 1942. Among the 14 were three brothers, Lefkowicz, who are believed to be living in the United States. The World Jewish Congress in New York urgently wants to contact the Lefkowicz brothers or any one of the other survivors in order
to press an investigation of certain Nazis allegedly responsible for the Otoschno murders.
The investigation has been initiated by the West German prosecuting authorities at Lud-wigsburg as a result of information provided by World Jewish Congress headquarters in New York.
