iN5W YORK — The 21st anniversary of the Warsaw Ghetto Upi^ising wiil be commemorated on April 9 and \^G]^ld Jewish Congress has: sent an appeal to all its affiliates in 64 lands,to mark the occasion,-to keep alive the memory of the Ghetto fighters who perished 21 years ago.

• Dr. Riegner further urged that commemorative' ceremonies be held in synagogues and community centres and at those moriuments and memorials erected in many parts of the world in honor: of the victims of Nazism.
So that Jewish youth throughout the world may understand the significance of the occasion,, the World Jewish Congress is urging communities to devote special attention to youth participation in the commemoration.
