onalista and other neo-Nazi groups were some right-wing elements, some anti - Semitic priests, some German'Nsizi' fufi-tives, as well as'ibme 6tiifer'*^i6dal factors interested in undermining public order and in creating a climate of political unrest. But, as the Buenos Aires weekly "Primera Plana", an iniportant local magazine, recently asserted, the police seem to have proof that Tacuara's expenses are basically covered by the represen-, tative of the Arab League, Dr. f Hussein Triki, who aj)pears to have developed very close relations not only with Tacuara but also with right-wing elenients within the Peronist sectors; Not loni":> agb;' "'a Tacuara ' le^d^r whose arrest was ordered by the police because of his participation in a bloody robbery committed in a hospital, left Argentina for a visit to Algeria and the United Arab Republic as a ■guest of the rfepresentative of the Arab League.
HUSSEIN TRIKI
Hussein Triki came to Argentina some years ago as the representative of the FLN. (Front Liberation Natibhaliste>--- National L i.b e r a t i o n Front) in Algeria. He is known for pro-Nazi sympathies during World War II which he does not deny. From the outset, even before he became the Director of the Arab League's office for Latin America, he agitated against Israel, Zionism and Jews in general. He travels to different countries in South America, lecturing on the Middle East and attempting to arouse opposition to Israel and to Jews. His usual arguments are well-known: Jews are foreigners Who have deprived Arabs of their homes in Pales-tina; Jews everywhere are guilty of double nationality and dual loyalty: Argentine Jews are to be blamed in particular for kidnapping E i c h m a h n. The pages of "NacionArabe" are full of numerous' actusations to the effect that Jews take out cui"-rency from ArEfehtina, that they violate Argentinian laws, that they commit economic crimes and so oh.
It is affainst this background that the World Jewish Congress and the leadership of Argentinian Jewry have taken their concern to the highest authorities in Ai-gentina.
