Habottim in Enghnd seeks information
Dear Mr. Kaplan:
Habonim in England has now been in existence f&r almost 40 years. Its aims—to increase the Jewish consciousness of Jewish youth—have remained constant, but its program, methods and activities have continuously developed.
It is proposed now to write a history of the movement in England which has played a role of no little significance in Anglo-Jewry, and the co-operation of all past members of the organization is earnestly invited. Written material, letters, brochures, booklets, photographs, however trivial they may be, are requested. They will be carefully preserved and returned. Any personal reminiscences of Hagigot, canips, personalities, odd happenings, are asked to please be put down cn paper and sent to us.
We know that there is lots of material available. If everyone would dig it out and send it to: Habonim, 523 Finchley Rd., London N.W.3, England, we would be most appreciative.
