A pretty floral setting in the B'nai B'rith building, Tel Aviv, Israel, was the scene of the wedding that united in marriage, dhana Shack and Daniel Krakiw-sky. The event took place last May 9.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. B. S. Shack of Vancouver and the groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Krakiwsky of Israel. Rabbi Yedidya Frankel, assisted by his son, officiated at the ceremony.
The bride was radiant in a satin and lace Spanish gown with a cape train falling from the shoulders. Pearls outlined the bodice of the gown and edges of the train while a pearl tiara held her silk illusion chapel length veil. She carried a Spanish white-feathered flQwer bouquet.
Over 600 guests attended the ceremony, dinner and dance which followed. Present were the bride's grandmother, Mrs. Leah Birnhak, family and friends from all over Israel, and distinguished jurists including. Dr. Shofet Lam, judge of the Jerusalem court. David Berman, Mayor of Chadera, as well as Menachem Begin and Aryeh Ben Eliezer, both Members of the Knesset (Parliament), were among the guests.
The bride is a graduate Jewish-Hebrew teacher, educated in Montreal. She is now studying law at Bar Ilan University. The groom, who is president Of B'nai B'ritli in Tel Aviv, has his degrees in economics and industrial^ management taken in Haifa and Tel Aviv. He is the owner of a cosmetic factory.
The young couple are presently residing in Petach Tikvah.
