A Russian Jewess is looking for help in locating her brother who may be in Canada. Canadian CJC received a letter from the lady requesting assistance to find her brother, Schloma Coufer, who may be living in Canada. The name Coufer has several variations Kaufer, Zofer, Sofer — and he may be known under one of these. Anything you may be able to do to help locate him will be, needless to say, greatly appreciated. Call
local CJC office if you can help, 261-8101.
« * * Scoop! Second showing in Canada of Blanche Wisenthal's newest film, "Power of You" will be screened at the Youth Aliya Luncheon next Wednesday, Hotel Vancouver. This excellent film deals with the great human achievements of Dr. Revven Feverstein and his staff in assisting disturbed Israeli children to become useful productive citizens. The film was premiered last Monday in Toronto at the Hadassah convention and when Vancouver leaders saw it they immediately finalized arrangements for bringing it home for the Youth Aliya audience.
