Consider.. .when the Torah reckons the families^oft^^ Israelites, it says: "For Yetzer, the family of Yetzer; for Sheeiaim, the family of Sheelaim.. But between<you and me — who cares now what families lived then? '
But it teaches... Yetzer means the evil inclinatibn, like yetzer horah: Sheelaim me&ns wholeness, sanctity. If a person runs after his yetzer horah, lets himself do whatever his desires tell him, he will soon find the family of yetzer. He will find a whole family of "friends'* who will show him even greater temptations and draw him further astray.
But if a person chooses ^/lee/aim ^ the path of righteousness — then he will find the family of sheelaim, friends and teachers who will help reach even higher towards G-d and innocence... (Chafetz Chaim)
