CHOCOLATE CHERRY BARS (DAIRY)
18 oz. chocolate fudge cake mix 21 oz. cherry pie filling
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 eggs, beaten Frosting:
1 cup sugar
5 tablespoons butter "a cup milk
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Combine mix, pie filling, extract and eggs. Pour into a greased and lightly floured 13- by 9-inch baking pan and bake according to cake box directions. Cool and frost. Frosting: Blend sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 1 minute. Remove and blend in chocolate chips until smooth.

RASPBERRY VINAIGRETTE (PARVE)
2 tablespoons raspberries
1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar I teaspoon sugar
'A cup olive oil
Mash raspberries with basil, vinegar, 1 tablespoon water and sugar. Whisk in olive oil. Season to taste with salt and fresh ground black pepper. Use at room temperature. Makes scant 'A cup

chopped red, green and yellow peppers chopped mushrooms (optional) Worcestershire sauce to taste
Combine ground turkey in mixing bowl. If desired, saute the onions, peppers, etc, to just slightly brown. Add raw or cooked chopped onion, peppers, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Form into patties. Season with salt and pepper.

hi a saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over low, stirring constantly until mixture is warm. Serve immediately over ice cream. Makes about 1,25 cups sauce.

SUNNY BLACKBERRY SAUCE (PARVE)
1 pint blackberries
3 tablespoons confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 tablespoons blackbiBrry liqueur
Place blackberries in food processor with sugar and orange juice. Puree. Strain through sieve and add more sugar if needed. Stir in blackberry liqueur. Refrigerate imtil needed. Makes about 1 cup.

FRESH STRING BEANS WITH STEWED TOMATOES (PARVE)
1 lb. fresh string beans, cleaned and cooked
1 lb. can stewed tomatoes, pasta-style with Italian seasonings
2 teaspoons sugar 2 tablespoons flour
Cook string beans in salted water until tender. Drain. Heat tomatoes, adding sugar. Drain off excess liquid into a small dish. Add the flour and stir until dissolved. Add to tomatoes and stir vintil slightly thickened. Add string beans and carefully stir, heating thoroughly. These can be served hot or cold.

FRESH ORANGE-RASPBERRY COMPOTE (PARVE)
2 cups well-drained mandarin orange segments
1 cup fW>zen imsweetened raspberries, thawed 'A cup orange-flavored liqueur or orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar
Stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate vmtil serving. Serve alone or spoon over a low-fat slice of pound or chiffon cake. Yields about 3 cups

PEAR WINE SORBET (PARVE)
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1.5 cups pear wine
2 teaspoons lime juice
Stir water and sugar over medium until sugar is dissolved. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove and cool. Add pear wine and lime juice and mix well. Pour into a bowl. Place in freezer for 3 hours or until slushy. Whisk and refreeze 8 hours.

FRESH BREEN BEAN AND POTATO SALAD (PARVE)
3 lb. cubed red skinned potatoes 7> lb. fresh green beans, trimmed 'A cup chopped celery '/> cup chopped onion 'A cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons seasoning
BoO potatoes for 6 minutes. Add beans. Boil 2 more minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, combine potatoes and beans with celery and onions. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Toss with vegetables. Chill 4 hours or more, stirring occasionally.
