Lisa and Matthew are proud to announce that Dr. Alan Boroditsky has graduated in pediatric medicine from the William A. SchoU College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, May 10,1996.
After four years, the Boroditskys have iBtumed to Vancouver where Alan will do his surgical residency at Vancouver General Hospital. Proud parents are Diane and Richard Boroditsky of Winnipeg and Lola and Norman Pawer of Vancouver.

Rachel Harowitz, daughter of Marelynn and Morris Harowitz, has graduated from the University of Victoria. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction, majoring in sociology. Rachel completed one year of her studies at Hebrew University in Jerusalem. After taking some time off for work and travel, Rachel plans to continue her education in postgraduate studies.

Twenty participants in Camp Hatikvah's sixth annual Work Weekend toiled in the Okanagan to ready the camp site for the more than 400-expected campers and staflf who will be atr tending this summer.
The work brigade, comprising parents and supporters from B.C. and Alberta, completed the planting of 30 juvenile trees and the painting of six cabins. Over the past three summers, Work
Weekend participants have planted in excess of 65 trees and painted more than 30 cabins.
Most campers are from the Vancouver area but a number are out-of-towners from Toronto, California, Mexico and Israel. Camp Hatikvah is open to campers between ages eight and 15. Space is available for the second session commencing Aug. 4. □
