Mr El-Zulof said that while the West Bankers did not want lo live under the Israelis, neither did they want to live under Hussein. Mr ElrZulof said he frequently travelled to other Arab countries, mainly Lebanon, but no longer to Jordan, " where they don't like me very_mucli." Lively commerce .lie finds that practically no one in the other countries believes him wiien he talks about the freedom of travel allowed by Israel from and lo the occu-/ied areas, and the fact that orry-loads of produce move freely across the two bridges into Jordan and other Arab countries, with which a lively commerce exists — livelier, in fact, than belore the Six-Day War. WILNER IN MOSCOW . Tel Aviv (JGNS). - Meir Wilner, the Jewish secretary-general oflsrael'spro-Mdscow and pro-Nasser New Communist party (Rakah), arrived in the Soviet Union. According to a party announcement, he will be resting at a convalescent home near Moscow because his health was impaired by the recent election campaign. Observers here believe, however, that the main reason for the visit is to discuss the new Soviet line sup^-porting the Arab terrorist organizations. Until now, Rakah has denounced terrorism and has called for opposition to Israel's "occupation policy" by legal means. Should Moscow require it to change this attitude and support sabotage instead, it will face the risk of being banned.- Already there ^have been many demands to'outlaw the party for its open support of Arab nationalism and the "Palestinian struggle".
